Best Made Swag products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Order Processing & Production
Most orders are prepared for fulfillment shortly after they are placed. Production times vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment location. Production time is separate from shipping/transit time.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products in your order and the delivery destination.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may be affected by production volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Multiple Shipments
Products in the same order may be produced at different fulfillment facilities. As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package and packages may arrive on different days.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order after the applicable shipment leaves the fulfillment facility.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We will review the shipment and work with our fulfillment provider when appropriate.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
